Shipping & Returns

 

Carriers

All orders in the U.S. will be delivered via the United States Postal Service. International orders are delivered via DHL. Porto shipping is no sign for delivery, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you require a signature at delivery, please email us at mail@porto-studio.com.  

 

Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped out from Los Angeles within 1-2 business days. Domestic orders usually take 3-5 business days to arrive; international orders vary depending on carrier service selected and destination.

 

Duties, Customs, and Taxes

Duties, customs, and taxes will be levied by the client’s local government on top of the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the client. These will be calculated and paid at checkout. Since we do not include them in our markup, we kindly ask that you consider them part of the price of the product.

 

Returns

Porto accepts returns of items in new condition—unused, undamaged, and in original packaging—returned within 10 days of the order’s ship date. You will be charged with a return and restocking fee of 15 USD. We accept international returns, however, cost of shipment and tax, customs, and import duties associated with the return are the responsibility of client and will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Request a Return

Log into your Porto account:

1. Click the link here

2. In the email field, enter your email address, and then click “continue.” 

3. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click “submit request.” 

If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the return is received and accepted, you will receive a refund.

 

Preorders

Each collection is made in small batches. Since we almost always sell out, preorders are encouraged. Preorder ship dates will be updated on the product page.

 

Discounts

Porto does not offer discounts. We are committed to offering our product at the most attainable price point possible.

 

Refunds

We will send you an email once your return has been processed. Your final refund amount will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. It can take 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.

 

Exchanges

Please return your original item for a refund, and place a new order for your desired size and color. In the case of an exchange, the restocking fee will be forgiven. 

 

Gifts 

Let us know if your order is a gift by emailing us at mail@porto-studio.com, and we will wrap it with recycled tissue paper and black satin ribbon. We can include a handwritten note, too.
